Jet is a one-touch jetpack runner. A little amber blob with a jetpack strapped to its back races through an endless lab full of electric zappers. Hold anywhere on the screen to fire the jetpack and climb; let go and gravity pulls you back down. The floor and the ceiling are safe, so it's all about where you are when the next zapper, missile or laser shows up. Score is the distance you cover, in metres.
How to play Jet
- Hold anywhere to fire the jetpack and rise. Let go to fall.
- Steer between the red electric zappers. Later ones spin.
- A red warning on the right edge follows your height, then locks on: move away before the missile flies across.
- When dashed lines appear across the lab, a laser is charging. Get out of those rows before it fires.
- Grab gold coins on the way. Your score is how far you fly, in metres.
Tips to get a high score
- Short taps keep you hovering; you don't need to hold all the time.
- Don't hug the floor or the ceiling for too long. Missiles lock onto wherever you are.
- When a missile warning starts flashing fast, it's locked. A small hop up or down is enough.
- Brushing past a zapper or missile earns a “CLOSE!” streak with a rising chime.
- Every daily run uses the same lab for everyone, so a friend's ghost shows you a line that works.
Daily levels and ghost races
Every day Jet has a new daily level that's the same for everyone. While you play, you race translucent “ghosts” — real replays of other players and your friends. Beat a score, then send a challenge link so a friend can race your ghost on the exact same level.
FAQ
Why did a missile hit me when I was standing still?
Missiles aim at your height while the warning icon is on the right edge. Once it flashes fast it's locked, so moving up or down a little after the lock makes it miss.
Is the floor safe?
Yes. You can run along the floor or bump along the ceiling, but zappers and lasers often cover both, so you can't stay there forever.
Is it free?
Yes. Every Tapamine game is free to play in your browser with no download and no account.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Tapamine is built for phones first: portrait, one thumb, and it works offline after your first visit. It also works with a mouse or the spacebar on a computer.
How do challenges work?
After a run, tap “Challenge a friend” to send a link. Your friend plays the exact same level and races your ghost — a replay of your run — to see who wins.
